(Punch needle, 3x pastel coloured yarns, tufting cloth, embroidery ring)

1. Find a shadow or reflection you want to capture
2. Lay the textile on top of it
3. Trace the shapes, feel free to layer several shadow shapes
4. Choose the colour you feel naturally drawn to
5. Thread the yarn through the punch needle and start punching!
