1. Boil water
2. Pop a tea bag into your favourite cup
3. Try not to distract yourself and scroll on your phone but focus on the sounds of the kettle
4. Pour hot water
5. Leave the tea to steep for a couple of minutes
6. Resist the urge to be maximise this time and rather use it to gaze into the distance
7. Remove the tea bag, making sure to squeeze it properly
8. Add a splash of whole milk, be careful not to add too much and thus invoke my judgement
9. Enjoy the short lived artwork brought to you by the merging of milk and tea
10. Wrap both your hands around the cup for the ultimate feeling of cosiness and take a long sip
