Pride is more than a celebration — it's also a return to self. In this 90-minute guided workshop, we explore what lies beneath performance and perception. Through collage-making, intuitive movement, and shared reflection, we’ll enter the theta state: a fertile space of deep imagination, memory, and intuitive truth.

This is a creative, mindful workshop to get in touch with your intuition — a gentle and grounding session to awaken inner clarity and expand your creative mind. You'll be guided through practices that support deep listening, self-expression, and embodied presence.
